What To Expect - Meet and Greet

A Meet & Greet is a 30–60 minute visit where we come to your home to get to know you and your pet(s). This visit allows us to gather important information, build trust, and make sure we’re a great match for your pet care needs.

During this time, we will:

  • Meet your pet in their own environment
  • Discuss their routines, behaviors, and care needs
  • Go over any household instructions (feeding, potty routine, medications, etc.)
  • Review safety information and access to your home
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Ensure we are a good fit for your pet’s personality and needs

This meeting helps us provide safe, consistent, and personalized care for every pet we serve.

Meet & Greets are required for all pet sitting and drop-in services. Once a meet and greet is scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to our client intake form (also linked below). This form must be completed with information about your pets and your home prior to service.

  • If you are a current client but your upcoming service is assigned to an employee you have not met before, an in-person or virtual meet and greet is required. This will help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for you and your pet. There is no charge for this meet and greet.
  • If you are a current client but have new pets added to your household, a new meet and greet is required to get to know them and learn their routine. This meet and greet is a paid service.

Meet and Greet fee is $21
