Payment Policys



Regarding Pet Sitting

Each additional pet is $10.




A Meet & Greet will be scheduled with potential clients interested in our pet sitting services. Fee: $25

  • After a successful Meet & Greet, an invoice for upcoming services will be sent.
  • Deposits are due by the start of the service.
  • Visits canceled 72 hours or more before the scheduled service are non refundable
  • Depending on distance a trip charge may be required.

Holiday Services

  • Holiday visits: $20 extra per day
  • Additional pets on holiday visits: $25 per pet
  • Full payment is required within one week of the invoice.

Holiday visit cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Applies to all major holidays.



Pet Care Policys



Veterinary Communication Policy

Prior to any overnight pet sitting, clients are required to contact their veterinarian and give permission for 4 Pawz Forward to seek medical care in case of an emergency. Your vet must have:

  • A current client account on file
  • Payment details on file to be used in the event of emergency treatment
  • Permission noted allowing us to authorize treatment if you are unreachable



Off-Leash Policy

For the safety of your pet, off-leash time is not permitted unless we receive written approval from the owner. This includes fenced yards. Even in secure environments, unexpected risks may occur, so written consent is required before any off-leash activity.




Pet Supplies Policy

Clients must provide all necessary supplies for their pet’s care

If essential supplies are missing, we will purchase them for your pet and a supply trip fee plus reimbursement will be added to your invoice.
